Our stay at Mitsis Rinela Beach Resort was a rollercoaster ride that ultimately turned into a delightful experience. We were initially disappointed with our transfer to a sister hotel due to a plumbing issue, but once we returned to Rinela and were upgraded to an amazing swim-up suite with a magnificent sea view, everything changed. The food options were diverse and delicious, and the pool areas were stunning. However, there were some shortcomings in service consistency, particularly in specific dining areas, and the need for better management in certain situations was evident.
